Is Being Sequestered Causing You Stress?

Anthem Strong Families Founder and CEO, Cosette Bowles M.A., L.P.C., L.M.F.T. discusses how to identify stress in yourself and others and how to relieve the stress in your life especially during this unprecedented time brought on by COVID-19.

MEET ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER OCIE KAZEE

Ocie Kazee Champion is an inaugural member of Anthem Strong Families (ASF) Advisory Board. Her love for her family and community is legendary.  She advocated for ASF to receive funding from the City of Dallas for the STEP FORWARD Program; a partnership with other nonprofits, Baylor University Medical Center and the Dallas County Community College systems program which provided opportunities for under resourced and disengaged youth to have a career in healthcare. Ocie was graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1977 with a degree in marketing and later received her MBA from Abilene Christian University.  She served as District Director for State Representative Eric Johnson before he became Mayor of the City of Dallas, and now serves as Director of Constituent Services for Rep. Lorraine Birabil.
