Do you need help creating a healthier relationship with your wife, husband, or teen? The FAMILY CHAMPION PROGRAM provides families with important tools for problem-solving, dealing constructively with your emotions, anger, stress, financial literacy, and parenting.

The Family Champion Program is an 8 – 12 session evidence-based process that assist adults, 18 yrs. old and older, in strengthening their positive mindset or move from a survival mentality and poverty mindset to one focused on achievement and success. By replacing a self-defeating thought processes, destructive relationships and crisis behavior with self-efficacy, positive relationship skills and resilience action steps. Anthem Strong Families provides participants with Family Advocates and connects participants with external supports such as housing, employment opportunities and on-going supportive services. The Family Champion Program also offers incentives of up to $250.00 for program attendance and completion.
